Here's some answers to some of the questions we're often asked. If there's anything else you want to know, please email or call and we'll do our best to help!

How long will my balloons stay inflated for?
11" helium filled latex balloons wwill last for around 11 hours. If treated with Hi-float (a liquid protective coating that is inserted into the balloon -available at extra cost) they will last 2 to 3 days, ideal if you want the venue set up the day before or you want to hand out balloons to guests to take home. Foil balloons will last approximately 5 to 7 days.
Why aren't there any prices on your website?

Do you charge a delivery fee?
Orders over £40 are delivered free of charge (see areas we cover). Under £40 we charge a nominal fee to cover fuel.
I'm throwing a surprise party - can you help?
Of course! From helping with invites, including mailing out, managing RSVP's, sourcing suppliers such as DJ's and caterers and maintaining the relationship with the venue, through to the setting up of the venue. We can ensure all communications are confidential and at times convenient to you to ensure the secret is kept!
I have a particular theme in mind but i'm not sure if you can buy the relevant tableware/party supplies to make it work. Any ideas?
We have some great suppliers and should be able to establish pretty quickly if we can achieve what you want. We'd research the theme and work out costinngs based on the availability of the goods.
It's a friends hen do and we want balloons at the restaurant plus lots of other hen 'novelties' - can you help?
Of course. I'll establish with you the type of hen we're dealing with and the number or people coming, plus your budget and take it from there. I can liaise with the restaurant and make sure i arrive in time to set up ahead of your arrival.
How much notice do you need?
It all depends on what you need doing. We have a good range of latex and foil balloons in stock so can provide small orders of these at short notice - larger orders too, as long we're not already booked for another function. For a particular theme or more complex job we'd usually need two weeks notice to ensure we had all the relevant items available - of course, the more notice we have the better to guarantee our availability and potentially the longer we have to source the most competitive prices.
